Reasons for starting a therapy process

There are plenty of miths and perjudice agains going to therapy. Even in the present day, there are those who associate a psycotherapy visit with "madness" or "illness", o those who thing that talking to a professional about your feelings and issues, means that you are somewhat weak or insecure, since you aren't capable of sorting them "on your own". 

La reality is though, that talking to a third person in a safe space, free of judgement is therapeutic and positiv on their own. Furthermore, working with a professional will help you start the journey torwards your emotional wellbeing: yes, they are your problemes, but you may not have the  propper tools, since we recieve very lettle (when at all) formation about emotional intelligence, comunication skills, assertive rights etc
